Company Description

A well-established real estate firm based in Doha is seeking top-performing professionals to support its upcoming exclusive project and growing operations.

The company is known for its high standards, strong client relationships, and focus on delivering quality service in competitive markets.

Role Description

This is a contract, on-site Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent role located in Doha.

The agent will prospect for new clients, conduct property showings, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing.

Daily responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and property options, preparing and reviewing contracts and related documentation, and coordinating with landlords, developers, and internal teams.

The agent will maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and transactions, while ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.

The role also involves delivering a high standard of customer service, following up on inquiries, and representing the firm professionally in all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License from the Ministry of Justice in Qatar is a must.
  • Proven skills in Real Estate Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Real Estate principles and practices (local Doha market knowledge preferred or willingness to learn).
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and handle client questions professionally.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Previous experience in residential or commercial real estate sales is desirable.
