Job Summary

The EPF Business Development Director is responsible for driving business growth, securing new opportunities, and expanding the company's Early Production Facility (EPF) portfolio.

The role focuses on identifying new markets, developing strategic partnerships, managing key customer relationships, and leading commercial activities to achieve revenue and profitability targets across EPF projects and related production services.

sBusiness Growth & Market Expansio

  • nDevelop and execute the business development strategy for EPF services and solutions
  • .Identify new business opportunities within upstream oil & gas, production facilities, and energy infrastructure projects
  • .Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic growth initiatives
  • .Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities across target markets

.Commercial & Contract Managemen

  • tLead commercial discussions, proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations for EPF projects
  • .Develop competitive commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • .Support bid/no-bid decisions and oversee opportunity qualification processes
  • .Collaborate with legal and commercial teams to mitigate contractual and commercial risks
  • .

Client & Stakeholder Manageme

  • ntBuild and maintain relationships with national oil companies, international operators, EPC contractors, and strategic partner
  • s.Act as the primary commercial representative for key accounts and major opportunitie
  • s.Support executive engagement with customers and industry stakeholder

Strategic Partnerships & Investme
