Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Legal Specialist based in Riyadh.
The Legal Specialist will manage legal documentation, provide consulting services, and address legal issues related to the company’s operations.
Responsibilities
include drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and handling legal matters associated with contracts and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support decision-making will also be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Issues, with a strong understanding of contracts and legal regulations
- Experience in Legal Consulting and providing sound legal advice to support business decisions
- Skill in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law or a related field
- Familiarity with local and international regulations is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
