Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on day-to-day business operations, contracts, and transactions.
• Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.
• Support the Legal Supervisor in handling litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution cases.
• Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and precedents relevant to the company's activities.
• Prepare legal opinions, memoranda, and internal reports for stakeholders.
• Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
• Monitor changes in legislation and advise management on their impact
• Assist in developing internal policies, procedures, and training programs to minimize legal risks.
• Provide guidance to departments on contract handling, documentation, and risk mitigation.
• Review legal cases, prepare them for submission to court, and follow up on related procedures.
• Draft and prepare all types of legal memoranda.
• Represent the company before judicial authorities and official bodies.
• Prepare legal reports, letters, and related documentation.
• Review contracts and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal support during internal administrative investigations.
