Real Estate Leasing Executive / Tenant Acquisition Specialist
About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Leasing Executive / Tenant Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The role will focus on acquiring new tenants for our managed real estate portfolio, handling property inquiries, conducting viewings, following up with prospects, and converting leads into signed tenancy contracts.
The ideal candidate is confident in sales, highly responsive, organized, and experienced in dealing directly with tenants in the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Market available properties across relevant platforms and channels
- Handle inbound inquiries from prospective tenants in a professional and timely manner
- Proactively source new tenants through calls, follow-ups, networking, and direct outreach
- Conduct property viewings and explain unit features, pricing, and lease terms
- Screen prospective tenants and assess suitability
- Negotiate leasing terms within company guidelines
- Coordinate documentation required for tenancy contracts
- Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, negotiations, and signed deals
- Monitor vacancy status and work to reduce turnaround time between tenants
- Provide regular updates on market demand, tenant feedback, and competitor listings
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective tenants for current and upcoming vacancies
Requirements
- Abu Dhabi: valid Real Estate Broker Employee Licence (or equivalent broker licensing under ADREC / Department of Municipalities and Transport).
- Dubai: valid RERA Real Estate Broker Card / Professional Practice Card, together with the appropriate company-side activity licensing where required.
- Sharjah: valid Sharjah Real Estate Broker Card (بطاقة وسيط عقاري) or Real Estate Representative Card (بطاقة مندوب عقاري), as applicable.
- Previous experience in real estate leasing, property sales, or tenant acquisition in the UAE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to close deals and meet leasing targets
- Good understanding of the local rental market
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple listings at once
- Comfortable using listing platforms such as Dubizzle, Bayut, and similar portals
- Professional appearance and manner
- Arabic and English
- Valid UAE driving license
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with residential and/or commercial leasing
- Existing network of tenant leads is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking
- Knowledge of tenancy documentation and leasing procedures in the UAE
