Knight Frank seeks experienced Leasing Consultants for its growing Prime Residential business.
The role serves Prime and Super Prime residential markets and advises HNW and UHNW clients in Dubai.
This is an individual-contributor role focused on building landlord and tenant relationships and completing leasing transactions.
Leasing and client responsibilities
- Build a portfolio of leasing instructions and trusted relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Generate instructions through prospecting, referrals, personal networks and introducers.
- Appraise rentals, advise on pricing and leasing strategy, qualify tenants, and match them with properties.
- Conduct private viewings, negotiate terms, progress transactions, and coordinate tenancy documents and deposits.
- Maintain market knowledge, transaction records and accurate listings; identify renewals, relocations and repeat business.
- Collaborate on referrals, cross-selling, marketing and client engagement; meet agreed revenue targets.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality when representing UHNW clients and private residences.
- Comply with Knight Frank best practice, RERA, Dubai Land Department, CDD and AML requirements.
Experience and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of residential leasing experience in the UAE or an international luxury market.
- Proven Prime or luxury residential real estate track record and experience managing HNW/UHNW clients.
- Strong Dubai residential leasing market knowledge and knowledge of RERA and Dubai Land Department requirements.
- Strong sales, negotiation, closing, communication, presentation, relationship and client-management skills.
- Commercially driven and service-minded, able to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Fluent written and spoken English; valid UAE driving licence and valid RERA card.
