Individual-contributor brokerage role focused on Prime and Super Prime residential markets.
The role offers potential progression to future leadership positions for candidates demonstrating capability and leadership qualities.
Sales and business development
- Build and manage a portfolio of Prime and Super Prime clients, instructions, and opportunities.
- Generate revenue, meet or exceed sales targets, develop referral and channel partnerships, and maintain a strong pipeline.
- Advise and qualify buyers and sellers, coordinate transactions through completion, and identify new market opportunities.
- Represent the business and properties at viewings, meetings, events, and relevant industry forums.
- Maintain market knowledge and accurate records, and collaborate across service lines on referrals and cross-selling.
- Uphold professional client service, confidentiality, and compliance with RERA, Dubai Land Department, due diligence, and anti-money-laundering requirements.
Experience and qualifications
- Requires 3–5 years of similar experience and a successful residential sales track record in the UAE or internationally.
- RERA card and UAE driving licence are required.
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience; MRICS is desirable but not essential.
Skills and languages
- Requires regional real estate market knowledge, strong sales and negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Requires proficient Microsoft Office and internal-system use, fluent written and verbal English, and a collaborative approach.
- Arabic or other languages are advantageous.
Travel and schedule
- The role requires a flexible attitude towards travel and working schedules.
