Key responsibilities
- Handle residential and commercial leasing transactions from inquiry through completion; source and list rental properties.
- Build relationships with landlords, tenants, and property owners; respond to inquiries and understand client requirements.
- Conduct property viewings, present properties, negotiate rental terms, and facilitate agreements.
- Maintain property listings and client records; coordinate with landlords, tenants, property managers, and internal teams.
- Monitor rental trends, property values, and inventory; follow up with prospective clients and convert leads.
- Comply with UAE regulations and company procedures and achieve individual leasing targets while contributing to team performance.
Requirements
- Previous Abu Dhabi real estate leasing experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property rental market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strong sales and client relationship abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, results-oriented, and customer-service-minded.
- Able to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- UAE real estate experience is an advantage.
