Role Overview
As a Training Coordinator, you deliver exceptional training programmes and spread the light and warmth of hospitality.
You brighten someone's day every time you come to work as part of the Hotels team.
Responsibilities
- Execute the in-house training plan: coordinate and deliver engaging, high-quality training programmes that align with hotel priorities.
- Identify and support training needs: partner with line managers, department heads, HR, and the Training Manager to assess development needs, implement learning initiatives, and review progress monthly.
- Administer required training courses: coordinate legal, compliance, and vocational qualification programmes to ensure employees meet required standards and progress in their professional development.
- Engage and connect trainers across the hotel: lead monthly meetings with departmental trainers to share progress, review needs, and ensure training is consistently delivered.
- Inspire and develop the team: support team members within own and other teams, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive training environment.
