Mustang Cat is seeking driven, motivated, and high-potential individuals to join our Leadership Foundations Program (LFP) — a dynamic leadership development program designed to prepare future leaders within our organization. Through hands-on experience, professional coaching, operational exposure, and rotational assignments across multiple business divisions, participants will gain the foundational skills necessary to build a successful leadership career with Mustang Cat.

This immersive 18–24 month program provides exposure to various areas of the business including Power Systems, Service, Rental Services, SITECH, Parts, and Sales Administration. Participants will work alongside experienced leaders while developing operational knowledge, leadership capabilities, and business acumen in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

As a participant in the Leadership Foundations Program, you’ll gain hands-on operational experience while developing the leadership skills necessary to grow into future leadership opportunities within Mustang Cat.

Bachelor’s degree required

Strong desire to grow into a future leadership role

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt quickly and “think on your feet”

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical aspects of the business

Strong organizational and time management skills

Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Interest in the Heavy Equipment, Construction Equipment, Industrial Power, or Equipment Rental industries

Previous leadership, internship, project management, or team-based experience

Experience working in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or technical environments

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Real-world operational leadership experience

Exposure to multiple business divisions and career paths

Executive leadership interaction and mentorship
