Lead Technical Program Manager within the Project Execution PMO team.

Define the group's programs and future direction over a three-to-five-year horizon.
Responsibilities
- Plan and estimate demand and roadmaps with Product and Technical delivery teams.
- Own long-term delivery plans supporting cross-functional strategic direction.
- Support program governance and stakeholder engagement.
- Create JIRA deliverables and maintain data-driven quality in demand management.
- Manage change processes and reconcile them with short- and long-term plans.
- Identify and manage cross-impacts across lines of business and support annual planning.
- Prepare forecasting and annual planning across the group.
- Drive controls, process improvements, and delivery enhancements.
- Promote authorized AI-assisted PMO practices with consistent validation standards.
- Use software development lifecycle tools and authorized AI-assisted automation capabilities to improve delivery value.
Required qualifications and skills
- Ability to prepare and manage complicated roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Ability to communicate with different audiences and distil key messages for senior stakeholders.
- Ability to develop effective relationships across the firm.
- JIRA and Agile experience.
- Java knowledge; coding is not required.
- Experience leading approved AI-assisted PMO tools and validating outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Understanding of responsible AI, data sensitivity, secure handling, and controls in delivery workflows.
- Experience coaching project or program managers on safe, compliant AI adoption.
- Detail orientation, resilience, determination, curiosity, reliability, and commitment to improvement.
