Lead delivery of complex technology projects and programs in Foundational Services, aligning initiatives with firm business goals.

Responsibilities
- Develop project plans covering technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve roadblocks, and establish contingency plans.
- Work with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Analyze program performance and implement data-driven improvements.
- Promote agile practices, technical solutions, and continuous learning.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of technical program management experience or equivalent expertise leading complex programs in a large organization.
- Advanced stakeholder management and ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams and clients.
- Technical fluency, vendor-product knowledge, and experience managing vendor relationships.
- Experience managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in an agile environment.
- Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills for breaking objectives into manageable tasks.
