The Lead Technical Program Manager in Foundational Services delivers complex technology projects and programs that support firm-wide business goals.
The role applies technical expertise, resource and budget management, analytical reasoning, and stakeholder leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans covering technical requirements, resources, and timelines to deliver technology solutions on time.
- Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to sustain project momentum.
- Work with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
- Assess program performance and implement data-driven improvements to efficiency and effectiveness.
- Promote Agile methodologies and technical solutions and foster continuous learning and innovation.
- Contribute to operational plans and risk strategies as a subject matter expert, supporting high-quality service delivery.
Required qualifications and skills
- At least 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management and leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
- Advanced stakeholder management skills and ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams and clients.
- Technical fluency, knowledge of vendor products, and experience managing vendor relationships.
- Experience managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable work.
