Job Purpose
To lead and oversee all quality control activities across Divetech projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards (ASME, AWS, NACE/SSPC), and QHSE requirements, while managing inspection teams and ensuring effective implementation of quality systems and procedures.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all inspection activities related to materials, components, and workmanship.
- Ensure compliance with specifications, drawings, and approved documents.
- Review inspection reports, test results, and quality documentation.
- Identify and escalate defects, non-conformities, and deviations from quality standards
- Oversee implementation of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and quality procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation and record management of all quality activities
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues and ensure compliance.
- Monitor ongoing work to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
- Lead site inspections, audits, and client inspections. [QC Lead | Word]
- Ensure compliance with QHSE policies and safety requirements
People Management Responsibilites
- Lead and manage QC Inspectors and QA/QC personnel
- Allocate inspection activities based on project priorities
- Provide guidance, supervision, and performance support to the team
Strategic Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement in quality control processes and inspection practices.
- Support audit readiness and compliance across projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Welding, or relevant field)
- Certification in Quality Control (CQI, Six Sigma, or equivalent) – preferred
- Good English communication skills
- Arabic is an added advantage
- Minimum 6–8 years in quality control / inspection
- Minimum 2+ years in supervisory or lead role
Required Skills
- Experience in marine, construction, or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, and standards
- Familiarity with inspection tools and testing methods
- Ability to lead quality inspections and manage corrective actions
- Knowledge of QHSE standards and safety procedures
