To ensure business continuity within the Fleet Operations Management Applications team following an internal transition, we are seeking a Lead QA Engineer in India to drive testing excellence for the RACE initiative. This senior-level role is critical to maintaining the high quality and reliability of our digital products and software application engineering solutions. To address these business aims, this role focuses on QA leadership and mentorship, test strategy and execution excellence, and continuous process improvement. These areas directly support our goal of delivering robust software applications through structured testing methodologies and comprehensive documentation. Given the focus on quality leadership and technical test execution, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software test engineering, hands-on test automation, and proven capability in guiding QA teams.

6-8 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a proven track record of leading or mentoring QA teams

Strong experience in test automation, agile methodologies, and test lifecycle management within a product development environment
