Program Overview

Future Energy Graduates Internship Program [Engineering] at Siemens Energy.

Program duration is 6 to 12 months.

Locations: Saudi Arabia (Dammam & Riyadh).

Siemens Energy seeks ambitious and enthusiastic graduate interns for a fast-paced, dynamic, international environment.

Interns gain hands-on experience on solutions that directly impact climate change and drive the energy transformation.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation & Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Health & Safety, or Electrical/Mechanical technicians.
  • Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027 (strictly).
  • Active participation in extracurricular activities and projects during university years.
  • Curiosity and learning abilities with ambition and strong communication skills.
  • Enjoy working independently, safely, and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas.
  • Energized by collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.
  • Think logically, willingness to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

What Part You Will Play

  • Attend 100% of the program (emergency and sick leaves are to be considered).
  • Enjoy the high-performance culture and learning ride.
  • Complete the assigned tasks and duties.
  • Abide by Siemens Energy internal regulations and guidelines.
