Program Overview

Non-Technical Future Energy Graduates Internship Program.

Program duration: 6 to 12 months.

Location: Saudi Arabia (Dammam & Jeddah).

Siemens Energy is looking for ambitious and enthusiastic individuals to join as graduate interns in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment.

What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or Data Analytics & AI.
  • Graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027 (strictly).
  • Active participation in extracurricular activities and projects during university years.
  • Curiosity and learning abilities, with ambition and strong communication skills.
  • Enjoy working independently, safely, and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas.
  • Energized by collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.
  • Think logically, willingness to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

What Part You Will Play

  • Attend 100% of the program (emergency and sick leaves are to be considered).
  • Enjoy the high-performance culture and learning ride.
  • Complete the assigned tasks and duties.
  • Abide by Siemens Energy internal regulations and guidelines.
