Lead zero-to-one development of a new enterprise-grade, multi-tenant ERP application for an established SaaS company.
The product will integrate with the company's existing SaaS suite; the engineering team uses an AI-first methodology.
Location is remote in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Own the ERP product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through launch and adoption.
- Design workflows and user experiences that integrate with the existing SaaS product ecosystem.
- Work with engineering to leverage shared backend services, including core data routing and unified authentication, to accelerate time to market.
- Clarify user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for rapid AI-enabled development cycles.
- Bridge business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to meet enterprise requirements.
Required experience
- Proven experience managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications.
- Demonstrated experience building products from scratch, not only maintaining legacy systems.
- Experience in startup environments or strong exposure to startup culture; adaptable, autonomous builder.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, API integrations, shared microservices, backend routing, and data architecture.
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and/or incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise products is requested; prior ERP, HRIS, or core operational software experience is highly preferred.

Contract
Six-month contract with possible extension.
