Role overview
Lead zero-to-one development of a new enterprise-grade, multi-tenant ERP application integrated with an existing SaaS suite.

Key responsibilities
- Own the ERP product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering through launch and adoption.
- Design workflows and user experiences integrated with the existing SaaS ecosystem.
- Leverage shared backend services, including core data routing and unified authentication/login.
- Clarify user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for rapid development cycles.
- Align business stakeholders, customers, and technical teams around enterprise-grade product requirements.
Required experience
- Demonstrated experience managing and launching complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS applications.
- Experience building products from scratch rather than only maintaining legacy systems.
- Startup experience or strong exposure to startup culture; adaptability, a builder mindset, and comfort with high autonomy are required.
- Strong understanding of system architectures, API integrations, and shared microservices.
- Must be able to discuss backend routing and data architecture.
Preferred experience
- Prior ERP, HRIS, or core operational software experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-driven development processes and/or incorporating AI capabilities into enterprise products.
