Role overview

Technical delivery

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers.
• Design Agentforce agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails, and enterprise integrations.
• Own data models, processing pipelines, and AI data readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms.
• Resolve integration, model deployment, orchestration, and performance issues.
• Build agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting.
• Develop proofs of concept and MVPs and determine which delivery decisions can be deferred.
• Create reusable patterns, assets, frameworks, and playbooks from customer engagements.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and shared work.
• Provide technical depth on at-risk or strategically important deployments.
• Share customer insights and edge cases with Product and Engineering.
• Work with Deployment Strategists to turn customer challenges into shipped solutions.
• Pilot emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks and share learnings.

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering or technical delivery, with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS.
• Computer Science degree or related field.
• Expert in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and conversant in the others.
• Production LLM integration, frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex, prompt engineering, and responsible AI experience.
• Deep data modeling, processing, and analytics experience, with proficiency across platforms such as Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks.
• Deep Salesforce expertise, including Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience mentoring technical talent and creating reusable assets.
• Clear communication with engineering peers, customer architects, and executive stakeholders.
• Able to travel to customer sites as needed.
• Business-level Arabic and English proficiency.

Nice-to-haves

• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Agentforce Specialist, or System Architect.
• Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD, observability tooling, or data governance frameworks.
• Experience architecting multi-cloud, multi-system enterprise AI solutions for Global 500 customers.
• Experience influencing enterprise product roadmaps through field engineering insight.
• Open-source contributions, published technical writing, or conference presentations.
