Lead/ Principal Deployment Strategist

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Own customer engagement across identify, commit, deploy, and consume stages, driving outcomes through the value lifecycle.
• Define AI strategy and roadmaps; lead design workshops, agent design sessions, and jobs-to-be-done analysis.
• Architect solutions using Salesforce's agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems, with responsible AI governance.
• Manage delivery timelines, stakeholders, risks, and reporting; own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers and use AI-supported development tools such as Cursor and Claude to develop customer solutions.
• Manage customer relationships and communicate proposals, decisions, and outcomes in terms of business value.
• Assess AI readiness and guide change management and process transformation.
• Turn field insights into product feedback for the Agentic AI platform roadmap.

Required qualifications

• At least four years of relevant enterprise cloud or SaaS solutioning, advisory, delivery leadership, or programme management experience; six to ten years for senior levels.
• Computer Science or related degree.
• Required customer-facing delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or technical advisory.
• Understanding of Salesforce, Agentic AI, and Data Cloud; working knowledge of at least one of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
• Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, agentic strategy, conversation design, and responsible AI practices.
• Ability to lead complex engagements from discovery to measurable outcomes and manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.

Preferred experience

• Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, or Salesforce CRM experience; AI solution delivery in regulated industries.
• Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, or similar platform certifications.
• Change management, organisational design, or enterprise transformation experience; AI/ML knowledge including NLP, RAG, and model evaluation.
• Business-level Arabic and English are preferred.
