Northstar Creatives is looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Lead generation specialist to join our expansive agency.
This is not a role for someone who simply manages ad campaigns.
We are looking for someone capable of taking ownership of an entire growth and lead generation function, someone commercially minded, proactive, technically strong, and capable of driving results without needing to be spoon-fed by management.
We are also looking for someone that is highly experienced in AI systems.
The Role
You will lead the strategy, build, and optimisation of lead generation systems for both Northstar and our clients.
This includes paid ads management, CRM integrations, automation workflows, email campaigns, and AI-powered systems.
Beyond technical execution, you will also play a key role in ad strategy, helping shape the type of content required to maximise campaign performance and lead quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
- Design and optimise lead generation funnels focused on conversion and ROI
- Take ownership of the agency’s ads management and lead generation department
- Work closely with the creative/content team to direct and guide high-performing ad creatives and campaign messaging
- Build CRM systems, integrations, and automated lead nurturing workflows
- Set up and manage automated email campaigns and customer journeys
- Develop AI-powered systems and automations to improve marketing and operational efficiency
- Analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise based on data and conversion metrics
- Build scalable systems and processes that support long-term growth
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven track record managing performance-driven paid ad campaigns with strong ROI
- Strong expertise in lead generation strategy, sales funnels, and conversion optimisation
- Experience building CRM systems and integrations (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.
- Experience with AI tools and AI-driven workflows for marketing and sales
- Strong technical / IT mindset with systems-thinking ability
- Understanding of content strategy and what makes creative perform commercially
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and lead initiatives proactively
