, is seeking to appoint
Outbound Sales Representatives
to support its lead generation activities across the UAE.
This is a remote, performance-based role focused on identifying prospects, initiating contact, qualifying opportunities, and securing site visits for AST’s internal technical and commercial team.
AST operates across the solar and energy solutions sector, supplying
solar panels, inverters, and battery energy storage systems
, while also delivering
turnkey solar EPC projects
across residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale segments.
The company serves a broad client base, including homeowners, villa owners, warehouse and factory owners, commercial property owners, developers, and solar companies purchasing components.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating outbound opportunities through direct prospecting, cold outreach, follow-up, and lead qualification.
The role requires the ability to communicate AST’s value proposition clearly, identify serious prospects, and convert relevant conversations into confirmed site visits.
Once the site visit has been secured and handed over, AST’s internal engineering and commercial team will manage the technical assessment, quotation, and project progression.
This position is best suited to individuals who are confident communicators, commercially minded, disciplined in follow-up, and comfortable working in a results-driven environment.
Candidates should be able to speak professionally with potential customers, maintain accurate lead records, and contribute to a structured outbound sales process.
Key responsibilities include
- Identifying and researching potential customers across relevant market segments
- Reaching out to prospects through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other approved channels
- Introducing AST’s products and services in a clear and professional manner
- Qualifying prospects based on relevance, seriousness, and site-visit potential
- Coordinating and confirming site visits with AST’s internal team
- Updating lead and activity trackers accurately and on time
- Handing over qualified opportunities into AST’s internal process
- This role does not include:
- Preparing technical designs or quotations
- Giving final pricing
- Making technical commitments beyond approved messaging
- Negotiating contracts
- Managing the opportunity after the quotation stage
Compensation Structure
- This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary.
- Representatives will receive:
- **AED 100**
- for each confirmed site visit successfully scheduled
- A percentage commission on each signed project generated from their lead, based on project value
