We run a design subscription service where businesses get unlimited design support (social media posts, branding, marketing creatives, and more) for a fixed monthly fee.
We serve startups, real estate companies, clinics, restaurants, and growing businesses in Dubai.
We’re looking for a highly proactive Lead Generation / Appointment Setter to help us grow a fast-scaling design subscription company serving businesses in Dubai.We’re a small team (founders only) and we’re now building our first growth engine.
**Role Description\
- Your job is simple but powerful:
- Find and research potential business clients (Dubai-based companies)
- Reach out via email + LinkedIn
- Start conversations with decision makers
- Follow up consistently (this is key)
- Book qualified sales calls into our calendar
Qualifications
- Proficiency in B2B lead generation tactics, prospecting, and nurturing client relationships
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze data to identify potential leads
- Familiarity with CRM tools and maintaining strong records of leads and client communications
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as sales and marketing
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable doing cold outreach daily
- Familiar with LinkedIn and email prospecting tools(Apollo/Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Self driven and consistent.
- Preferred qualifications include prior experience in a B2B SaaS or digital agency environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
