Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software design, development, and support of enterprise applications
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft Azure, including deployment, monitoring, and cloud-native services
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies and working within cross-functional teams
• Extensive experience developing microservices-based applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and RESTful APIs
• Proven experience implementing event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, Kafka Streams, topic management, and performance tuning
• Solid expertise in Java/J2EE, including Core Java, Multithreading, Collections, JVM tuning, and design patterns
• Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or BigQuery
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resilience, security, and performance optimization
• Proven excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and business stakeholders
• Skills & Competencies: Hands-on experience with GCP and/or Azure cloud services Experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices Solid expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and Kafka Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture, and event-driven design Proven excellent problem-solving, leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Deployment Manager, ARM Templates, or Bicep)
• Experience in cloud migration, modernization, and application transformation initiatives
• Experience with API gateways, service mesh technologies, and event streaming platforms
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, or Cloud Monitoring
