Lead Full Stack Developer (Java/Python)

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and oversee advanced technical solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices.
• Build generative AI frameworks, refine prompts, and implement generative AI systems in production.
• Lead development teams and provide technical direction to junior developers and team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to translate strategic objectives into technical solutions.
• Work with AI data scientists on data ingestion and feature engineering.
• Maintain technical documentation and establish industry best practices.
• Make decisions on complex issues and provide actionable recommendations for management.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Must-Have Qualifications

• At least 7 years of backend development experience in Java or Python.
• Strong backend experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong React and modern frontend development experience, including micro-frontend architectures and reusable UI components.
• Hands-on experience or strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts and LLM integrations.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and generative AI development tools.
• Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and S3 Object Storage.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with spec-driven development.
• Experience in Camunda 8 development and customization.
• Experience with vector databases.
• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation architectures.
• Strategic thinking and excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional work.
