Role Overview
Join RBC’s Treasury Solutions Corporate Coverage team to advise corporate clients on cash management solutions.
Own client onboarding, activation, and ongoing adoption of digital solutions while managing and growing revenue from a portfolio of complex corporate clients.
Execute client sales plans and deliver solutions aligned with clients’ business and financial goals.
Travel throughout Ontario North and East, including Ottawa, Kingston, Durham, and North Bay.

Responsibilities
- Build client relationships, grow portfolio revenue, support client needs and loyalty, and identify opportunities for additional RBC products.
- Coordinate end-to-end cash management onboarding as the client’s primary contact and follow up to support an exceptional experience.
- Partner with Relationship Managers on client contact strategies and annual relationship reviews.
- Provide tailored advice on new or emerging issues affecting clients’ businesses.
- Focus on acquisition, relationship growth, and a differentiated client experience.
- Present financial and business insights, explain proposed solutions and alternatives, support implementation, and refer clients to RBC partners as appropriate.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience in commercial or corporate banking sales.
- Strong knowledge of cash management products and emerging industry trends.
- Proven client advice or service, sales, and relationship management experience; ability to match client needs with products and structure solutions.
- Demonstrated project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with software applications, including MS Office.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout Ontario North and East.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation or similar qualification.
- Bilingual English/French communication skills.
