Ensure the accurate and reliable deployment and upkeep of meter systems, manage project execution, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
General Responsibilities
- **Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems**
- Follow the operational strategy in compliance with group delegation of authority policy.
- Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
- **Reporting**
- Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business and organization’s policies and standards.
- Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision-making.
- Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.
Job Specific Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the proper installation of meters, including overseeing field technicians and ensuring adherence to installation protocols and standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the ongoing reliability and accuracy of meters.
- Address and resolve technical issues related to meter installations and maintenance, providing guidance and support to technical teams.
- Develop and manage project plans for meter installations and maintenance, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to protect personnel and equipment during installation and maintenance activities.
- Provide expert technical support to field teams and other departments, addressing complex issues and offering solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of installation and maintenance activities, including technical specifications, procedures, and incident reports.
- Prepare and present reports on installation and maintenance performance, including metrics, issues, and recommendations for improvements.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or equivalent
- 6 years of relevant working experience
Desired Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- 9 years of relevant working experience
