Location

  • This is a remote position, with occasional travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Cleveland, OH, two to three times per year.

Minimum qualifications

  • A minimum 9 years' experience in leading projects/project delivery and/or operational change management
  • [OR] Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 6 years' experience in leading projects/project delivery and/or operational change management

Preferred skills

  • Proven ability to independently lead complex change initiatives from planning through implementation and sustainment.
  • Proven hands-on experience applying change management principles, methodologies (e.g., Prosci), and tools to organizational change initiatives.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into practical change management strategies and actionable plans.
  • Strong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and facilitate alignment across teams and organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and ability to operate effectively with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to tailor approaches to diverse audiences.

Compensation

  • $89,600 - $119,500/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
