Lead and oversee architectural engineering activities for major Oil & Gas projects in a PMC environment.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and client requirements throughout project phases.
Key responsibilities
- Lead review and coordination of architectural design documents, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Ensure compliance with standards, project requirements, and applicable international codes.
- Review and monitor EPC contractor deliverables for technical quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, the Client, and EPC contractors to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor architectural engineering progress and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Provide technical guidance and support during design, construction, and project handover.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- At least 12 years of overall engineering project experience, including at least 8 years in the Oil & Gas industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant architectural engineering role.
- Strong PMC experience in Oil & Gas projects; major capital project and development experience is preferred.
- Experience reviewing EPC contractor deliverables and coordinating with Clients/Owners.
- Saudi Aramco project experience and familiarity with its standards and specifications are highly preferred.
- Previous Middle East experience is an advantage.
