The role is for an experienced Architect taking a leadership position with a global design consultancy.
The position involves leading complex projects, engaging directly with clients, mentoring teams, and contributing to design excellence and project success.
Education and Experience
- Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Architecture.
- Have eight to twelve years of professional experience within a design-led architectural practice.
- Have a strong portfolio across large-scale commercial, mixed-use, workplace, hospitality, residential, or urban development projects.
Technical and Professional Skills
- Have experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, and Rhino 3D.
- Have strong design, presentation, and communication skills.
- Be familiar with industry-standard design and documentation software.
- Be able to balance creative outcomes with project delivery requirements and coordinate multiple stakeholders and consultants.
Project Leadership
- Lead projects from concept development through delivery.
- Develop innovative design solutions and oversee design quality.
- Guide project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects align with commercial, operational, and design objectives.
Clients and Teams
- Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
- Contribute to business development and project pursuits.
