Senior technical and project leadership role in a system integration environment.
Balances technical expertise, solution design, client engagement, and execution leadership to deliver work that meets customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and experience
- Requires 10+ years of ELV/security systems experience.
- Requires 4–6 years in a senior or lead role within a system integrator environment.
- Requires proven delivery experience for SME and enterprise customers, contracting and construction projects, and multi-site integrated security deployments.
Project delivery and customer engagement
- Lead ELV security system projects from kickoff through commissioning and handover.
- Act as technical authority during project execution and resolve design and site-level challenges.
- Serve as the primary technical interface for SME and enterprise customers.
Compliance, leadership, and commercial support
- Ensure security systems comply with UAE and Emirate-specific regulations, including Dubai Police SIRA requirements.
- Lead and mentor engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Support project cost control, variation evaluation, and optimization initiatives.
