Role Overview

Finance Operations

• Ensure timely and accurate invoice posting.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with buyers and maintain issue trackers or folders.
• Ensure timely payment execution and improve on-time payment accuracy.
• Monitor continuous process improvement and drive improvement initiatives.
• Review and close change requests, testing, migrations, and process-related activities.
• Oversee vendor reconciliations using the required standard format.
• Obtain vendor statements of account and reconcile them for assigned entities and vendors.
• Track and clear advance payments.
• Handle payment rejections, returned payments, uncleared checks, and supplier debit-balance recovery.

Service and Improvement Targets

• Resolve vendor queries within 24 to 48 hours.
• Acknowledge 100% of escalations, critical emails, and ad hoc requests within 3 hours.
• Automate invoice processing and vendor reconciliation using macros.
• Improve invoice and payment processing efficiency.
• Monitor transitions, testing, and special projects and ensure timely completion.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to accounting or finance.
• At least 10 years of experience in procure-to-pay processes.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is required.
• Knowledge of general accounting, bookkeeping concepts, and internal controls.
• Experience ensuring smooth delivery of operations.
• Core knowledge of accounts payable, including invoice processing, vendor master data, and payments.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction.
