Handle washing, dry cleaning, and pressing according to procedures established by the Laundry Manager.
Safely and carefully use laundry chemicals, solvents, and spotting chemicals as instructed.
Mark all items for laundering with attention to room numbers and sequences.
Report any stained or torn items, items left in pockets, or jewelry found on clothing to supervisors before cleaning.
Ensure specific instructions are followed perfectly, such as folding trousers, using light starch, or folding shirts.
Weigh laundry prior to loading and maintain all equipment in a proper state of cleanliness.
Attend daily briefings and carry out valet services as needed, including the delivery of linen.
Keep the working area clean, organized, and professional at all times.
