Landscape Project Execution Manager

Role overview

Project execution responsibilities

• Manage and supervise landscape and swimming pool projects; plan site activities and allocate manpower.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors; monitor progress and timely completion.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications; supervise site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and workers.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate procurement; conduct site inspections and maintain quality.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports; control costs and use resources efficiently.
• Resolve site issues, provide technical support, and ensure compliance with company policies and HSE requirements.
• Attend client meetings, provide project updates, and manage handover and completion documentation.

Swimming pool responsibilities

• Manage swimming pool construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
• Coordinate pool excavation, waterproofing, tiling, filtration systems, pumps, piping, and MEP works.
• Ensure testing, commissioning, and handover of pool systems; monitor equipment installation and water treatment systems.
• Ensure pool works meet quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of UAE experience in landscape project execution.
• Swimming pool construction and maintenance experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of soft landscaping, hard landscaping, irrigation systems, and swimming pool works.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read drawings and project specifications; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Compensation
