Seeking a passionate Landscape Architect / Designer who can handle projects from concept to final design presentation.
Responsible for creating innovative landscape layouts, high-quality 3D renderings, and detailed master plans for both residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings.
- Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renderings to present to clients.
- Select and seamlessly integrate Hardscape elements (pathways, pergolas, water features) and Softscape elements (plants, trees, lawns).
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, budget, and requirements.
- Prepare design packages, including material boards and conceptual presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or a related design field.
- [Number] years of proven experience as a Landscape Designer or Architect.
- High proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion (or similar rendering tools).
