Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Trainer to deliver training programs for new and existing employees, within the organization or at contracted partner entities.
The role covers classroom delivery, on-the-job (field) training, and performance assessment, ensuring trainees' competence improves and practical and theoretical training objectives are met with high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver approved training programs to new employees in line with approved training plans.
- Deliver development programs for existing employees to improve performance and professional competence.
- Coordinate with regional managers and supervisors to identify field training needs.
- Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) tailored to the specific requirements of each region.
- Administer pre- and post-training assessments and performance evaluations during training sessions.
- Analyze assessment results and follow up on them with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee knowledge tests and upload results through the learning platform.
- Monitor trainee attendance through the platform and ensure compliance with program timing and delivery requirements.
- Follow up on trainees' performance at work sites and ensure required practical tasks are completed accurately and to a high standard.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in training or applied education.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage trainees.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in learning platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English.
