Job Summary
Our Client is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join their team in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have experience in residential, commercial, villa, and building construction projects and be responsible for conducting site surveys, setting out works, and ensuring accurate measurements throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct land and construction site surveys using surveying equipment and GPS instruments.
Perform setting out for buildings, villas, roads, and infrastructure works.
Verify project coordinates, levels, and dimensions as per approved drawings.
Prepare survey reports, records, and as-built drawings.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure survey accuracy.
Monitor construction progress and provide survey support during execution.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
Maintain and calibrate survey equipment as required.
Requirements
Education in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the UAE construction industry.
Experience in residential, commercial, villa, and building projects.
Proficiency in Total Station, Auto Level, GPS, and surveying software.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and site plans.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Valid UAE Driving License.
