Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Laboratory Manager to oversee daily operations in our state-of-the-art laboratory located in Riyadh.
The Laboratory Manager will ensure quality control, manage laboratory staff, oversee the maintenance and calibration of equipment, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
This position involves analyzing data, implementing quality improvement processes, and contributing to research and development initiatives.
It is an on-site role requiring hands-on operational oversight and leadership within the laboratory environment.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Quality Control and knowledge of laboratory standards and regulations
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining Laboratory Equipment to ensure effective and safe operations
- Strong Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
- Familiarity with Research and Development (R&D) processes and strategies
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication abilities to manage teams effectively
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field
- Prior experience in a supervisory
