Job Summary
We are looking for a **Laboratory Manager** with a strong **business development orientation** to oversee laboratory operations while driving growth in **laboratory testing services and lab equipment (sales/support)**.
The role requires a blend of **technical expertise in material testing** and **commercial acumen** to expand business **opportunities.**
Key Responsibilities
- **Manage laboratory operations** for construction material testing (concrete, soil, asphalt, steel) ensuring compliance with **ASTM, BS, ISO, and ISO 17025 standards**
- **Drive business development** for testing services and **laboratory equipment (supply, calibration, AMC)**
- **Generate leads, prepare proposals, and close deals** with contractors, consultants, laboratories, and industrial clients
- **Oversee equipment calibration, maintenance, audits, and team management** to ensure quality and efficiency
- **Act as techno-commercial interface** between clients and lab, ensuring service delivery, client satisfaction, and revenue growth
