The role maintains kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and organization to support efficient operations.
Work arrangement
- Full-time role in Abu Dhabi.
- Work location is in person.
Key responsibilities
- Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment; clean and sanitize workstations, floors, walls, and storage areas.
- Dispose of waste and segregate garbage; stock and safely use cleaning supplies.
- Receive, store, and organize kitchen supplies and provide clean equipment to kitchen staff.
- Follow food-safety, hygiene, and workplace-safety regulations; report damaged equipment or maintenance issues.
- Keep the kitchen organized and clutter-free.
Requirements
- Knowledge of food-safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous kitchen, restaurant, or hotel experience is an advantage.
