About the Role
Manage costing, inventory, and ERP systems across F&B outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's ERP system and master data for items, recipes, suppliers, and pricing.
- Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs across outlets.
- Prepare cost reports, variance analyses, and profitability reports for management.
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Calculate and update recipe, portion, and menu costings.
- Monitor purchasing and consumption to control variances and wastage.
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and ERP records.
- Support month-end closing and train staff on ERP and inventory procedures.
Requirements
- F&B experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Cost Controller or ERP Controller, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory/cost modules.
- Good understanding of cost control, inventory, and recipe/menu costing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English is required.
- An accounting/finance qualification is an advantage.
