Full-time Kandora Embroidery Specialist role at a premium fashion and lifestyle boutique in Abu Dhabi.
Design and execute high-quality embroidery on men’s kandoras, especially collars, front plackets, and cuffs.
Responsibilities
- Create embroidery designs for kandora collars, plackets, and cuffs according to customer requirements.
- Operate and maintain embroidery machines; perform fine hand embroidery where required.
- Prepare and digitize embroidery patterns and designs.
- Advise customers on embroidery styles, threads, and finishes.
- Ensure precise, clean, consistent stitching and match embroidery to fabric, color, and design specifications.
- Perform quality checks and corrections; complete and deliver orders within agreed timelines.
- Keep the work area, threads, and equipment clean and organized, maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven kandora embroidery experience, including collar/halaqa, placket, and cuff embroidery.
- Strong hand and machine embroidery skills; knowledge of embroidery design, pattern digitizing, and thread work.
- Excellent attention to detail, precision, and finishing; ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred; English is an advantage.

- Work is in person in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
