Job Summary
Morsel Chocolates is seeking a Kitchen Steward to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in our premium chocolate production kitchen.
The role supports daily operations by ensuring all equipment and work areas meet high sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and chocolate-making equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, workstations, and storage areas
- Ensure proper waste disposal and hygiene practices
- Assist chefs with basic preparation tasks when required
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to handle kitchen tasks
- Team player with good work ethic
