Barista – The Brunch Room By Morsel, Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks according to company standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming guest experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and service areas.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and presentation of beverages and food items.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
- Support the restaurant team during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of barista experience in a café or restaurant environment.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-player mentality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- English communication skills required; Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred Candidates
