Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Purchase Executive with strong knowledge of the UAE market and supplier network.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, cost optimization, and ensuring timely procurement to support business operations and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities, sourcing, and purchase order execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Monitor supplier performance, service levels, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with Operations, and Finance teams to support demand planning and inventory requirements.
- Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve margins.
- Provide supplier, pricing, and market insights to senior management.
- Ensure uninterrupted supply while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- *Requirements*
- 3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in F&B or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE supplier market and sourcing practices.
- Proven negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
