Responsibilities
- Keep kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and workstations clean and organized.
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and handling.
- Manage dishwashing and sanitation to maintain hygiene standards.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables according to established procedures.
- Stock supplies and monitor usage to support inventory management.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
Requirements
- Similar-role experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Compensation
- AED 1,600 per month.
