Job Criteria – Kitchen Helper (Restaurant)Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, or Steward is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg.
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or catering kitchen is preferred.
- Fresh candidates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies
- Basic food preparation skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and standard recipes.
- Knowledge of kitchen cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely.

Physical Requirements

- Able to work in hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environments.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
