Key Accounts Executive – Coffee Department / HORECA
Job Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or Business Development, preferably within the coffee industry, food & beverage, or HORECA sector.
- Strong knowledge of coffee products, coffee equipment, and the HORECA market.
- Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account performance analyses.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
- Candidates currently available in Qatar with NOC/transferable visa are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with key HORECA accounts, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and corporate clients.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective account management and business development activities.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling coffee products, equipment, and related services.
- Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly to maintain long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates for management.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to strengthen business relationships.
Preferred Skills
- Strong network within the HORECA industry in Qatar.
- Experience in specialty coffee, coffee equipment, or beverage solutions sales.
- Knowledge of contract negotiations and account profitability management.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high service standards.
