Key Accounts Executive – Coffee Department / HORECA

Job Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or Business Development, preferably within the coffee industry, food & beverage, or HORECA sector.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee products, coffee equipment, and the HORECA market.
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account performance analyses.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
  • Candidates currently available in Qatar with NOC/transferable visa are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with key HORECA accounts, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, and corporate clients.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective account management and business development activities.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling coffee products, equipment, and related services.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, and product presentations.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly to maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates for management.
  • Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to strengthen business relationships.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong network within the HORECA industry in Qatar.
  • Experience in specialty coffee, coffee equipment, or beverage solutions sales.
  • Knowledge of contract negotiations and account profitability management.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high service standards.
