Job Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the coffee industry, food & beverage, or HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés).
  • Strong knowledge of coffee products, coffee machines, brewing equipment, and related accessories.
  • Experience in handling HORECA clients and maintaining business relationships.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities and generate new leads.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
  • Candidates currently available in Qatar with NOC/transferable visa are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell coffee products, coffee machines, accessories, and consumables to retail and HORECA customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, and other corporate clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth product delivery and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and prepare sales reports.
  • Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and product launches.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of the coffee industry and HORECA market.
  • Experience in B2B sales and account management.
  • Knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and coffee brewing equipment is an advantage.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Pay: Up to QAR6,000.00 per month
